Pregnancy should not be a barrier to you keeping active!

Whether you want to focus on your individual health and well-being or an activity you can do socially to give you that ‘me time’ before the birth of your baby, maintaining your exercise levels will contribute to a healthy and happy pregnancy!

I can offer advice to get you started, a variety of packages to keep you on track and to suit your needs and plans that can be scheduled flexibly to suit you.

I can offer advice to get you started, a variety of packages to keep you on track and to suit your needs and plans that can be scheduled flexibly to suit you.

Group Training

If one to one training isn’t for you, swap your weekly coffees out and get together with a friend and fellow mum to be and I can visit you in a small group at one of your houses where you can have the benefit of socialising whilst keeping fit at a time to suit you!

 (groups of 2 or 3 depending on venue size)

 Benefits include:

  • Programmes designed around your joint fitness levels, support each other to achieve goals

  • My specialist advice to guide, encourage and motivate you

  • Mobile service – everything you need is bought to you

  • Socialise with friends whilst keeping active

  • Combine your coffee budgets and invest in yourselves!

Mum-to-be Personal Training

My individual personal training plans are completely bespoke and designed around your preferences, goals and any difficulties you have. You will be encouraged, supported and motivated to achieve your goals in a relaxed and friendly way.

Benefits include:

  • Mobile service – all the equipment needed is provided and bought to you in your own home.

  • Bespoke program around your needs

  • Exclusive contact time with me to instruct, guide, reassure and motivate you.

  • Programme through all stages of pregnancy and as you progress.

  • No need for childcare

Mum-to-be Personal Training

Mum to be fitness classes are a great way of meeting other pregnant women in the local area, keeping fit together, motivating each other and having fun.
