NEW MUMS GROUP TRAINING

If one to one training isn’t for you, swap your weekly coffees out and get together with a friend and fellow new mum to be and I can visit you in a small group at one of your houses where you can have the benefit of socialising whilst keeping fit at a time to suit you, not a set exercise class.

(groups of 2 or 3 depending on venue size)

Benefits include:

  • Programmes designed around your joint fitness levels, support each other to achieve goals

  • My specialist advice to guide, encourage and motivate you

  • Mobile service – everything you need is bought to you

  • Socialise with friends whilst keeping active

  • Combine your coffee budgets and invest in yourselves!

  • No need to worry about childcare – your babies can be occupied in your own home whilst you exercise!

POSTNATAL PERSONAL TRAINING

My individual postnatal personal training plans are completely bespoke and designed around your preferences, goals and any post childbirth issues you may have. You will be encouraged, supported and motivated to achieve your goals and regain your fitness in a relaxed and friendly way.

Benefits include:

  • Mobile service – all the equipment needed is provided and bought to you in your own home.

  • Bespoke program around your needs

  • Exclusive contact time with me to instruct, guide, reassure and motivate you.

  • Programme through immediate and extended postnatal period

  • No need for childcare – my home visit services enables sessions to be in your own home at times to suit you

I am a fully qualified personal trainer with an advanced qualification in adapting exercise for postnatal clients. I am a busy mum of two and fitting fitness into my routine was a challenge – not knowing how I could get my pre baby body back, coupled with feeling zapped of energy and time made it hard to have the confidence to get started!
