I have a specialised qualification in adapting exercise for postnatal ladies both immediately after giving birth and in the extended postnatal period and beyond. You can be confident that exercises advised will be designed around your postnatal recovery and adapted depending on your needs and experience with exercise. As a mum, I understand the demands you now face and also how exercise can support you!

As a new mum, having the energy or time to get back into fitness can be a huge challenge! Whether you are breast feeding, bottle feeding, are having some sleep or no sleep, the demands on you will require lots of time and energy and that is where keeping active can help you!
