Bump to Beyond specialises in maternity and postnatal fitness, so if you are a mum-to-be or a new mum, I can help.

Bump to beyond was born out of my passion to help women to stay active or begin exercising safely both during pregnancy and in the immediate and extended postnatal period through gentle physical activity. Whether it is through individual personal training, group training or specialist antenatal or postnatal fitness classes I have a variety of options to support, motivate and guide you whether you are a mum to be or a new mum.

As a busy mum of two myself, I understand it is difficult to prioritise your fitness and understand the obstacles you may face, but guarantee it will be the best investment for you and your child you will make.

About me

I’m Gina. I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer (level 3 Personal Training Diploma) with advanced specialist training in adapting exercise for Antenatal and Post Natal clients. I am First aid trained and fully insured and you can be reassured you will be supported appropriately by me during your sessions and program design.

Being physically active has always been important to me and we are so frequently reminded of the benefits right? But it occurred to me, that the one time I stopped exercise was during pregnancy. Quite simply I was afraid. I didn’t feel confident in myself or my knowledge and I didn’t know how to keep fit without causing harm. Then, after my sons arrived I just couldn’t fit exercise into my new routines as my babies always had to come first!

That was until I actually realised the huge benefits that keeping fit and active could have that I realised how much that investment was truly worth.

Antenatal Fitness Services

If you would like to keep active during pregnancy I offer a range of services and support that can help you keep exercising safely throughout your pregnancy and prepare for your new arrival. Get specialised support and keep active, with my motivation and encouragement, in a relaxed and friendly way to suit you whether that be individually or in a group environment.

Postnatal Fitness Services

If you want to get back to fitness and regain your pre-pregnancy body in a supportive and relaxed environment, I can help you. Be supported and encouraged through your postnatal recovery with an appropriate and gentle exercise program designed around you and your needs. I offer a range of options to suit you whether your prefer training individually or in a group setting.
