I am a fully qualified personal trainer with a qualification specifically for adapting exercise for pregnant clients. Come and join in on a gentle circuit style class where exercises are designed to help keep you fit safely, help you prepare for labour and delivery and to help ease pregnancy complaints. You will have my support and encouragement as well as meeting other mums to be in the area.
